Regularly assists the Life Enrichment Director and is responsible in his/her absence. Works only under general supervision, using discretion and independent judgment, while executing special assignments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates aquatic program, schedules classes, trains and schedules lifeguards according to E & A protocol.
• Responsible for pool protocols as per state and country law.
• Supervises water fitness instructors and lifeguards.
• Performs a range of duties including all levels of lifeguard, reception desk, and fitness/aquatics instructor/trainer/specialist.
• Assist with marketing for therapy clinic.
• Available to supervise occasional vitality programs outside the fitness center in the evening, weekends and holidays.
• Assist Life Enrichment Director in creating and monitoring entire program and annual budget
