We're seeking compassionate and skilled In-Home Nurses to join our dynamic team at a leading addiction treatment provider. This unique role involves delivering high-quality nursing care directly in the homes of individuals navigating the journey to recovery from addiction. Our in-home program is designed to provide a supportive, healing environment where clients can receive personalized care tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct initial assessments and create care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

· Administer medication as prescribed and monitor for side effects or complications.

· Provide emotional support and health education to clients and their families.

· Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

· Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Requirements:

· Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Illinois

· Experience in addiction treatment or mental health nursing preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
