Responsibilities:
- Embody the company standard as a high-quality care providers
- Provide support, recognition, information for patients, families and staff.
- Develop, implement, direct and evaluate the Restorative Nursing Program.
- Consult with the interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain restorative care standards.
- Ensure that the restorative nursing program complies with applicable laws, regulations, and national restorative nursing standards and requirements.
- Perform or supervise the performance of restorative care.
- Performs fall, restraint, and assessment upon new admissions, quarterly, and as needed.
- Complete clinical documentation for all restorative care.
- Work in conjunction with the Director of Nursing to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and facility standards, guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Licensed (RN/LPN) in the state of Illinois (Required)
- Must be knowledgeable of the MDS process.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
