Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have left
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operation

Experience:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Knowledge of phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering guest inquiries
