Frisco Family Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager for our Resale Store. Reporting to the store manager, this is a leadership role responsible for the oversight and management of resale store operations and supervision of staff, including strategies for efficient operation of the store and achieving monthly sales goals. The Operations Manager supervises the store’s driver, driver’s assistant, donation center staff and volunteers working in operations. The Operations Manager must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to lift heavier items using equipment and/or the help of others.

The Operations Manager will also be responsible for opening and/or closing the store as needed and must be able to perform other store activities, including cashier and donation processing roles if needed. The Operations Manager will participate in promotions planning meetings and will assist the store manager as needed with signage and merchandising. The person in this role must be able to provide an exceptional donor/customer experience, including friendly and courteous service. Schedule is five days per week, Monday through Saturday. Occasional participation in other Frisco Family Services activities and programs, some of which may be outside usual working hours, is required.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, relevant retail experience and a valid Texas driver license. Must have solid computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. This is an in-person position.

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
