Responsibilities:

Manage the listing process from start to finish, including entering listings into the MLS, coordinating photography and staging, and ensuring accurate and appealing property listings.

Coordinate showings, open houses, and property tours, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and agents.

Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors to facilitate timely and efficient transactions.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, drafting correspondence, and maintaining files and records.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Support the team leader and agents with various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MLS systems and real estate software is a plus.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
