```Job Overview:``` We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging lesson plans and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. ```Duties:``` - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals - Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment - Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere - Provide age-appropriate instruction in various subjects, such as language arts, math, science, and social studies - Incorporate hands-on activities, games, and storytelling to enhance learning experiences - Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program - Manage classroom behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports ```Qualifications:``` - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting - Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt them to meet individual student needs - Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - CPR and First Aid certification preferred If you are passionate about educating young children and creating a positive learning environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Preschool Teacher. Pay: $14.64 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
