Position: Residential Program Manager
Reports to: Residential Director
Hours: Business hours Monday – Friday with additional evening, weekend and holiday on-call expectations based off agency on-call rotation schedule.
Classification: Full Time/ Exempt
Pay: $40,000 - $50,000
Benefits:Health, vision, and dental insurance, life and accident insurance, PTO, six paid sick days, eight paid holidays, 401(k) match, paid training, and an Employee Assistance Program.
General Description
The Residential Manager manages the day-to-day operations of part of FRIENDS’ Residential Program including residential provider management, support adults enrolled, program coordination, and other administrative duties as defined below. The Residential Manager reports to the Residential Director and works cooperatively with other key administrative staff.
