Over the last 9 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to developing the tools (and sometimes the tips, too) that help simplify parenting - and it all started with snot. Since the launch of our cult-favorite NoseFrida, The SnotSucker, we’ve innovated and launched over 100 products that provide quick and easy solutions to age-old parenting problems. We also launched Frida Mom in 2019, with products to help women with the transition through the fourth trimester into motherhood. Today, Frida holds over a 70% share of its main category, and our products can be found in over 50 countries and in over 40,000 stores throughout the US - in every retail channel from mass-market, grocery, chain drug, and specialty stores. For 9 years, we’ve had parents’ backs as they navigate the parts of parenthood you don’t usually see on the ’gram with honest and raw messaging to provide the answers to questions they didn’t even know they had. How You Will Make an Impact

Frida is looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales Planning to join our team and develop and implement the channel go-to-market strategy for assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving. Responsibilities to include:

• Supports the Go-to-Market channel strategy by providing category trends and channel sell-in guidance to Sales leadership
• Collaborates with Brand & Field Sales to develop line review, category review, and joint business planning materials
• Partners with Finance & Sales Planning leadership to build the national sales trade budget that enables promotional and account planning
• Leads the development of pulse period strategies across multiple brands
• Leads the development and implementation of retailer category strategies by providing category insights to retail partners
• Responsible for leading strategic category shelving insights that drives growth by identifying opportunities to improve in-aisle shelving flow, maximizing space to sales and in-store experience
• Other projects as assigned

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
• 5 years of experience in Sales Planning or Category Management
• Experience in category selling/negotiations and Customer Business Planning
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal an external stakeholders
• Experience in conducting category research and navigating category management tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI

Who You Will Work With

Frida is an organization that values collaboration and community. As the Sr. Manager of Sales Planning, you will work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Brand Management teams.

Our Ways of Working

Frida HQ is located in Miami, Florida and approved roles have the flexible option to work remotely both Mondays and Fridays with the benefit of connecting in person Tuesdays - Thursdays.
