Freshwater Group is a multifamily investment and management company. This is a full time opening for Property Manager at our Dallas location. This is a multi-site position and a car is required.

General Responsibilities:

1) Tenant Relations

• Take phone calls and messages from current tenants in regards to maintenance requests and other issues.
• Be in communication with tenants who are delinquent and late with rent.
• Post late/legal notices
• Assist with general responsibilities and coordinate with corporate office.

2) Property Daily Operations

• Walk and inspect complexes on regular basis to ensure upkeep is up to standard.
• Coordinate and schedule work orders with outside vendors
• Supervise maintenance staff
• Coordinate with Corporate Office

2) Leasing

• Market vacancies on social media and other venues.
• Follow up with leads and calls received, and schedule showings.
• Show apartments to prospective tenants.
• Assist main office in coordinating lease signing with new tenant.

Requirements

• A car is necessary for this multi-site position
• A minimum of 2 years of multifamily management experience is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is necessary due to tenant demographics.
