JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Sales Relationship Associate, you’ll be responsible for the overall sales and relationship management efforts for existing and prospective customers. This includes pursuing new customers, deepening and strengthening existing customer relationships, and sales territory management. This fun, creative role collaborates closely with the Fresh ‘n Crisp Farms ownership team and our creative agency partners to build awareness, engagement and relationships that grow our business (lettuce!). REQUIREMENTS:

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● High energy and enthusiasm; warm, friendly, and engaging.

● Personable, capable of building relationships and winning people over

● Proactive, strategic leader: Can recommend a course of action, prioritize and execute

● Organized and detail-oriented: Can plan and execute effectively and efficiently

● 5 years experience in sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Pursuing New Customers

○ Researching industry and market trends within your territory

○ Identifying and researching prospective customers within your territory

○ Developing sales strategies and presenting the sales strategy to prospective customers

● Strengthen Existing Customer Relationships

○ Visiting all customers within the assigned territory on a monthly basis

○ Conducting business reviews to determine existing customers’ needs and areas of opportunity for growing sales

● Sales Territory Management

○ Balancing new customers acquisition and strengthening existing customer relationships

○ Coordinating visits to prospective customers and existing customers

● Updating and maintenance of CRM

● Other administrative tasks as needed

Fresh ‘n Crisp Farms is a thriving, innovative greenhouse lettuce start-up that has rapidly grown to reach 700 stores in 6 states since launching in 2020. Our mission is to improve access to healthy, farm-fresh, local greens throughout our region – without the use of pesticides, preservatives or GMOs, ever. We donate 3,000-5,000 containers of lettuce each year to people in need through food banks. Our growing process is highly sustainable, using 90% less water than conventional methods, and 92% less shipping fuel vs organic California-grown greens.
