Description

As an Events Assistant at Messa Sync, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of various corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities.

Working closely with the events team, you will assist in coordinating logistics, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and catering arrangements.
• Create and distribute promotional materials such as invitations, brochures, and social media posts.
• Manage event registration and attendee communications.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure all event requirements are met.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with event management software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
