Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our clients and attendees. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and social gatherings
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all necessary arrangements are made
- Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Develop event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and catering services
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and attract attendees
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees throughout the event
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the event
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning or management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth event execution
- Upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities during events
- Knowledge of catering services and hospitality industry standards
- Familiarity with market trends in event planning and management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle client requests and concerns professionally
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using event management software or tools is preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
