Job Description:

We are looking for talented individuals with extraordinary speaking abilities to interact with our VIP clients by phone and document details for our designers. Your role is critical to ensure our customers have the best experience they've had with any florist, ever.

This is an onsite Customer Service position at our Los Angeles Pico/Robertson area location.

Workdays consist of taking customer telephone orders, helping people at our front window, responding to Zendesk emails, following up with customers who make special requests, and collaborating with floral designers.

Successful applicants will possess:

Prior customer service experience and telephone work will be viewed positively.
Typing experience is a must. While we can teach you everything you need to know about flowers, fresh floral experience a plus. This is a desk job in our office inside the flower shop, you will not be arranging flowers, you'll be working with customers and their orders on the computer, telephone, and in person.

Cover letter and resume highly recommended. To ensure that you have full information about the specific shifts we are seeking to fill with this hire, they occur on the following days of the week and times. We can consider full or part time, so if you are wanting to be full time, an additional day will be agreed upon to fill out your schedule. If you are wanting to be part time, the ability to fill the Friday/Saturday component below would be necessary for you to be selected for the position.

Thursdays - closing (noon-830pm)
Fridays - closing (noon-830pm)
Saturdays - as early as 9am start time
