The US Coast Guard Recruiting Office (CGRC) is responsible for managing the accession of the USCG’s enlisted, officer, and reserve workforce. A Program Manager is required to supervise administrative support services for the USCG’s Recruiting Offices located in 65 separate locations to augment the military recruiter workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (ex: leadership, program/project management, business management, Government invoices, human resources)
- 10 years of relevant experience (leadership, program/project management, business management, and/or human resources)
- 3 years of relevant experience with Government contracts
- Fluent and proficient in English
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite of Products, Apps, and Services, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and with Adobe forms
- Primary point of contact for any potential performance issues, or disputes associated with Data Entry Operator personnel located in 65 disparate locations.
- Responsible for ensuring Data Entry Operators meet project schedule and performance objectives; implementing quality measures; coordinating work activities; and assisting the client in achieving all objectives.
- Oversee CGRC Recruiting Office administration support at up to 72 recruiting offices across the United States, Guam and Puerto Rico.
