French American Chamber of Commerce Texas is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Dallas, TX

Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will actively contribute to talent recruitment to meet the needs of corporate members. You will be in charge of posting job offers, screening resumes, hunting talent, conducting interviews, writing weekly reports, and growing a talent pool.

You will also participate in facilitating opportunities for our Talent Acquisition Services: facing client meetings, understanding their needs, promoting our service, and helping us sign new contracts.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Strong knowledge of the job market
  • Ability to recruit and maintain talent pools of job seekers and maintain an accurate database.
  • Ability to hunt profiles on job boards and within our network.
  • Draft compelling and targeted job postings.
  • Manage job sponsoring for each member account.
  • Manage the selection process, including resume screening, individual interviews, candidate follow-up, and weekly reports to the member.
  • Maintain a high volume of weekly interviews.
  • Provide advice on short-listed profiles to facilitate decisions for the client and consolidate a strong tail list.
  • Ensure the best-fit match using standard practices and technology that meets our clients’ demands efficiently and timely.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure effective recruitment and long-term satisfaction.
  • Ability to support the member with the negotiation of the salary/package with the candidate.
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks if necessary.
  • Providing Human Resource support to the clients.
  • Familiar with PEO services.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and benefits.

Business Development of Talent Acquisition Services:

  • Monitor the job market and job openings posted by our targeted companies.
  • Targeted emailing to specific companies when there are new job openings.
  • Ability to present and sell our Talent Acquisition Services to our members and close contracts.
  • Build strong relationship with HR people within our network.
  • Cultivate and maintain fruitful business relationships with local and international companies.
  • Participate in FACC Texas events to identify new opportunities and get closeness with our business community.
  • Promote FACC Texas's services and its capacity to support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Previous experience in facing clients
  • At ease to upsell and develop new business opportunities for our Talent Acquisition Services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and double-check.
  • Ability to influence the opinions or decisions of others.
  • Experience in cross-cultural company
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, strong ambition
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with the team.
  • Fluency in English, French is NOT necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
