• Lead the Service and Parts Departments, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
• Strategically manage and oversee operations, including inventory control, purchasing procedures, and parts inventory management.
• Directly manage the Service Manager and Parts Manager, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop annual goals and objectives, including an operating budget and marketing plan.
• Maintain high Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings and handle customer concerns effectively.
• Guide and mentor your teams towards career advancement and professional development.

• Proven experience in managing service and parts departments in an automotive setting.
