Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or dental office settings and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Duties: - Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments efficiently - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations - Manage medical scheduling to optimize patient flow - Provide administrative support to healthcare providers - Handle phone systems, including answering patient inquiries and scheduling appointments Skills: - Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management - Experience in medical scheduling and coordinating treatments - Familiarity with dental and medical office procedures - Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as an ER or dental office This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing your skills to support patient care and treatment coordination.
