The Business ServicesDepartment focuses on assisting businesses with the management of their liquidassets. Our products assist in bringing money into the bank, moving fundswithin the bank, and disbursing funds as directed. Business Services providesfulfillment, support, and servicing for the following business products:Business Online Banking, Automated Clearing House (ACH) Origination, BusinessMobile Deposit, Online Wire Transfer, Business Bill Pay, Positive Pay/AccountReconciliation, Remote Deposit Capture
Position Overview
The Intern will beresponsible for supporting all Treasury Management products and serviceactivities, including but not limited to Business Online Banking, ACH Inquires,Wire transactions, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture support. The Internis expected to make outbound calls to our business clients to offer productsand services to satisfy their banking needs.
Role andResponsibilities

• Conductperiodic reviews of treasury management client needs.
• Assistthe team with new business online banking enrollments.
• Assistscanning and save into the digital Director system.
• Updatebusiness services report and organize digital folders.
• Providesupport as needed

MinimumQualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic clerical skills, including filing,retrieval of documents, proof, and editing routine office correspondence.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention todetail and accuracy
• Ability to navigate multiple computers systems,applications, and utilize search tools to find information.

Eligibility and Requirements

Only individuals possessingoutstanding character, a high degree of motivation, and the willingness tolearn will be selected. 

To be considered, students must meetthe following qualifications:

• A Candidate should express interest in working in a related field that supports financial services, after graduation
• Candidates should be in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Candidates must be returning to their campus following the program
• Have a reliable means of transportation to and from the workplace
• Have excellent customer services/client focus, team work and collaboration
• Ability to write and communicate effectively and have solid attention to details
• Experience in administrative/office support and phone skills
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Offices including Word, Excel (pivot tables, charts); PowerPoint Visio and Outlook
• Experience in research, analysis and statistical data are a plus
