Pay Range:

$15- $16 /hour

What You Will Do:

As a Customer Service Rep at a Payment Center, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer.

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Process customer monthly payments.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed
  • Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on products offered
  • Complete mail sorting tasks.

The Perfect Match:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
