Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the car buying process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their budget and requirements
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals
- Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive sales environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus for serving a diverse customer base
