Superintendent for Fire Damage Repair General Contractor

Requirements:

• Five years experience as a superintendent on Residential or light commercial construction for a General Contractor
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, iPad, etc.
• Reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Experience as a customer service representative for a Home Builder or Remodeling contractor is helpful

Responsibilities:

As the Superintendent at Freeman Restorations, you will have the exciting opportunity to oversee and manage fire damage repair projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing 3-5 jobs simultaneously
• Engaging with customers for product selections, managing extras and credits, conducting weekly meetings, and collecting draws
• Collaborating with the building department to request inspections, accompany inspectors on job walks, and troubleshoot any issues
• Coordinate vendors and schedule subcontractors, create job schedules, troubleshoot site details with subcontractors, perform quality control checks on subcontractor work, and approve payments on a weekly basis
• Engaging with the main office by participating in biweekly companywide production meetings and department meetings, updating production reports, revising job schedules weekly, approving invoices, and working on department goals

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
