Restaurant Server
We need an exceptional restaurant server to join our F&B team. NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional manner, following proper etiquette.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including food handling and hygiene practices.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
