Position Overview:
We have seen rapid growth over the past year and are now seeking an organized and self-motivated E-commerce Operations and Marketing Assistant to join our team in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate will be someone who is versatile and has a strong grasp of technical skills to assist in various ecommerce and operational tasks. This role is a "jack of all trades" and will be assisting in marketing, content creation, administrative duties, scheduling, customer service, and more. This is an opportunity to learn about the fashion industry and business behind it.

Responsibilities:

• Assist our Marketing Coordinator in creating and executing a comprehensive content strategy across social media platforms, website, and advertisements.
• Coordinate ambassador outreach and engagement initiatives to expand brand visibility and reach.
• Support e-commerce operations, including managing product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
• Manage customer inquiries and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Create and maintain daily profit and loss (P&L) reports, tracking expenses and financial data accurately.
• Contribute to content creation efforts by generating ideas, creating social media posts, and coordinating photo or video shoots as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain brand aesthetic and congruence across all marketing channels.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and coordinating meetings or events.

Requirements:

• Located in Orange County, CA.
• Relevant experience in customer service, e-commerce, or marketing within the fashion industry.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms and e-commerce platforms (Shopify) preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take initiative to achieve results.
• Creative, introspective, and out of the box thinking
• Graduated University with a strong understanding of social media trends and fashion marketing.
• Strong network of contacts within the fashion and social media industries is a plus.
