JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Claims Support Call Center. Entry Level position. We take incoming calls regarding new and existing automobile claims. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual Preferred (English and Spanish)

Reliable Transportation

Full-Time Availability

QUALIFICATIONS:

Customer service experience preferred but not necessary.

Experience in computer applications and data entry.

MS Office and Outlook knowledge.

Good listening skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Able to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Good verbal and written communications skills.
