What We Need You to Do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain proper SOP’s and systems.
  • Drive consistency, productivity and profitability of current team operations.
  • Track staffing requirements to hire, fire and train team members as needed.
  • Maintain constant communication with department heads, staff, and vendors.
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance capacity.
  • Ensure all data and metrics are captured, reported on and distributed to others appropriately.
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage most important policy, planning, and strategic decisions related to operations.
  • Develop, implement, and continually improve operational policies, procedures and systems.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing of accounting and finance activities.
  • Manage work to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and deliver a quality client experience.
  • Work closely with legal and other departments to ensure that activities remain compliant.
  • Oversee office supplies, materials and inventory if the business requires this.
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
  • Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring and performance reviewing of all administrative job roles.
  • Track vendor quality of results, pricing and service levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of proven success in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational productivity and profitability.
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
  • Understanding of finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • MBA is a major plus.
  • Real estate investment experience.
  • Residential property lending and/or construction experience.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and skills, along with performance bonuses and the potential for profit sharing.
