Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Engineering Supervisor to join our team. The Engineering Supervisor at Frazer reports to the Engineering Manager, and is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising employees and activities of the Frazer Engineering team. The supervisor is responsible for planning and designing methods or processes that improve or enhance our existing products and production programs. This position is capable of resolving issues arising from operations that may require coordination with other departments. This position is responsible for overseeing projects and working collaboratively to complete projects. Ensures projects follow organizational best practices for design, prototyping, and testing. This position is expected to actively live out Frazer Core Values while working with Frazer employees, vendors, and customers to help achieve team, department, and corporate goals. Responsible for learning and reinforcing safe and proper work procedures while actively following Frazer Safety programs and other policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Work Schedule
The Engineering Supervisor will work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
