The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for providing complimentary services to resident members. The Resident Assistant is responsible for monitoring and the maintenance of resident safety programs to include the life alert and Check-in Safety Systems. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that respects resident dignity and privacy.

Frasier schedules 8 hour shifts.

  • Day Shift 6:00am-2:30pm
  • Evening Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • Night shift 10:00pm-6:30am

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Responds to and acts appropriately in emergency or disaster situations.
  • Provides support and assistance to residents and Frasier guests as requested.
  • Serves as a care coordinator with internal and external departments to promote communication and continuity of care.
  • Completes Frasier @ Home caregiving appointments as assigned and documents appropriately in the Soneto system.
  • Supports and respects the resident’s unique diversity, including spiritual and cultural beliefs.
  • Completes or assists with daily safety/check-in program.
  • Coordinates ancillary service clinics and assists with facilitating appointments for residents.
  • Assists in the management of setting up Momentum/Centrak devices and education for new residents, assisting with maintenance or replacement of devices, and schedules and performs annual checks of all devices.
  • Attends staff meetings, In-Service training, and continuing education. Completes on-line training as assigned.
  • Completes documentation in an accurate and timely manner per organizational standards.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Here’s what you need:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Must be CPR/AED and First Aid certified upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience providing personal care preferred.
  • Must have excellent customer services skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Must have ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
  • Must be able to demonstrate computer competency.
  • Must successfully complete organization health screening requirements
  • COVID-19 vaccine, annual Influenza (Flu) vaccine, Drug Screen and Background Check

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $19-20 per hour.

Frasier offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees working at least 32 hours per week.
