We are growing and it isn’t just new (and greener) buildings! We are growing our programs and offerings both inside and outside our campus, implementing innovative methods to create community, and building on our culture of excellence.
As a key member of the Frasier team, the Resident Emergency Response Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the wellbeing, safety and security of residents and staff on the campus. They provide contractually promised 24/7 emergency response services to resident members and Frasier guests through regular monitoring of resident safety programs like the Momentum Emergency Call system, daily resident wellness check-in, and occasional overnight safety checks for residents with acute illnesses or injuries. They also conduct campus inspections and door checks to ensure the security of the building.

Compensation and Benefits
Frasier schedules 8-hour shifts.
Frasier offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees working at least 32 hours per week.
Part-time employees, scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week, will receive:
