- Cleans floors, surfaces equipment, linens, towels, and beds.
- Routinely cleans and sanitizes patient rooms, nursing units, administrative offices, and waiting areas.
- Daily inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment as well as inspecting equipment for any repairs or replacements.
- Adheres to all infection control and isolation procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Understands and demonstrates proper usage of all cleaning chemicals in accordance with the MSDS product standards and Community Hospice procedures. Don’t worry; we’ll teach you!
- Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames. Informs manager at the end of the day of any assignments not completed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- MUST wear steel toe shoes
- Health insurance plans (2), dental and vision for full-time team members the first of the month after 30 days of employment
- Accrued vacation for both full-time and part-time team members
