Franpos Inc. is looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Representative.

Technical Support Specialist will perform customer service/support of merchants.

Job Description

• Customer service
• Software / Hardware Troubleshooting and Installation
• Software installation, configuration, and training on POS functionality
• Manage incoming support inquiries via phone and email
• Troubleshoot POS hardware/software, and payment devices.
• Troubleshoot payment hardware pin pads, card readers, and countertop terminals
• Work With Partners and Internal Team Members
• Escalate matters as appropriate
• Assist in improving training material and knowledge-base, procedures, and efficiency
• Work efficiently and professionally with other departments and vendors
• Complete Special Projects and Additional Duties
