Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily school activities for students and individuals with special needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to students
- Collaborate with teachers and administration professionals to develop care plans

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, or related fields is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with student’s
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
