Day Porter - Franklin Mountain Property Services | Full-Time
Franklin Mountain Property Services LLC (FMPS) is an asset and property management company overseeing commercial office building operations in Midland and El Paso, Texas. FMPS is seeking a Porter to join their team. Our position is based in our corporate office building located downtown El Paso, we offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunity for advancement.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Porter position is responsible for the general maintenance of internal and external common areas, grounds, and facilities of the building as well as completion of housekeeping routine orders as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of janitorial experience is required.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
- Able to lift objects of more than 25 lbs. on occasion.
