Franklin Mountain Property Services LLC (FMPS) is an asset and property management company overseeing commercial office building operations in Midland and El Paso, Texas. FMPS is seeking a maintenance professional to join their team in the role of a Facilities Trades Helper. This position is based in our corporate office building located downtown El Paso, we offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunity for advancement.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Trades Helper (Building) position is responsible for the general maintenance of internal and external common areas, grounds, and facilities of the building as well as completion of routine maintenance orders as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience required, with working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing trades.
• Bi-Lingual (a plus).
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings when needed.
