Position: Assembly Technician (Full-Time)

Job Description:

If you're willing to learn, you're ready to earn! If you have mechanical, basic hand tool, and assembly experience, you could be a great fit. We're looking for a team player that takes pride in their work and wants to develop new skills through on the job training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use tools for assembly
• Work from blueprints / schematics
• Communication (verbal and written)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity, including ability to lift or move products up to 75 pounds
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints / schematics
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Self-driven with strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of power tools usage and safety standards

Training Provided:

• Forklift operation
• Fabrication
• Welding
• Industrial hydraulic and pneumatic testing
• Basic carpentry - crate and pallet building

Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
• 40 hours a week guaranteed
• Occasional overtime
• Benefits after 90 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Blueprint reading: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hand tools: 2 years (Required)
