Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Host/Server to join our team at a bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bartenders
- Ensure tables are set up properly with appropriate utensils and condiments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and fellow servers
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette when taking reservations or handling inquiries
- Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Hospitality-driven attitude to create a positive dining experience for patrons

Helpful Skills:
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality to collaborate with colleagues effectively

Pay: $4.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
