What You’ll Do

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide customers with vehicle and pricing information on new or preowned vehicles
  • Monitor effectiveness of lead sources and optimize marketing budget as needed
  • Facilitate training with Sales Team to maximize lead handling
  • Create quality appointments with/for our sales staff
  • Follow up with our clients regularly to answer questions and attempt to earn their business
  • Perform 1 on 1’s with sales team to help them set appointments with prospective clients
  • Ensure production goals are achieved

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in business development is required
  • Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (required)
