Your New Role

As the Marketing Manager USA, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion into the United States market. Your responsibilities will involve crafting and executing targeted marketing strategies that resonate with American consumers. You'll be responsible for establishing our brand presence and cultivating lasting relationships to drive sales and foster customer loyalty. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, you will seamlessly align marketing efforts and market entry strategies, positioning us for long-term growth and success in this dynamic region.

With a deep understanding of industry trends and consumer behaviour, you will lead the creation of innovative omni-channel campaigns that captivate audiences across multiple touchpoints. Your role extends beyond traditional marketing tasks; you will also serve as our brand ambassador, promoting our products and services while representing our US marketing team to our global community. This isn't just about launching campaigns; it is about crafting compelling narratives, forging connections, and making a significant impact.

Your Day to Day

• Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with the US market entry plan.
• Partner with Sales team for a coordinated market approach.
• Lead execution of marketing programs and collaborate with global teams.
• Develop omni-channel marketing plans to drive growth.
• Manage local agencies for effective campaign execution.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Analyse market data and consumer insights for strategy improvement.
• Conduct analytics reporting and propose future campaign tactics.
• Promote products and services within the US market.

Your Skills

• Broad marketing experience including brand and digital marketing.
• Highly motivated with exceptional leadership skills.
• Strong project management ability and adaptability.
• Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and make sound decisions.

• Experience with College networks and distributors desirable.
