Job Location
Job Purpose:
Coordinate and administer all functions related to increasing current volume of sales, securing new accounts and service the needs of existing accounts within an assigned territory.
Job Description:
1. *Achieve established monthly distribution, display, and volume goals by brand and package.
2. *Solicit business by personally visiting clients, attempting to make new placements and explaining the quality of the product.
3. *Familiarize established accounts with new products and developments.
4. *Maintain parity in category distribution and pricing.
5. *Communicate price changes, effective dates and service obligations.
6. *Cultivate and maintain rapport with owners and decision makers in given account base.
7. *Ensure quality audits in all accounts are in compliance with supplier standards. This includes moving close coded product to an account that can sell it prior to reaching the expiration date.
8. *Maintain call frequency as established for territory for both on-premise and off-premise accounts.
9. *Assure accuracy of VIP Karma surveys
10. *Complete daily call sheets and submit to assigned sales manager on a weekly basis.
11. *Perform merchandising activities in accounts using appropriate point of sale (POS) including off-premise activities, such as stocking shelves and building displays. - 2 -
12. Perform all duties related to setting up, attending and regulating night and weekend bar promotions (on-premise), samplings (off-premise) as well as all other special events per established standards.
13. Identify and control out of stock conditions.
14. Execute all in house and brewery funded support programs
15. Meet established level of execution for all company and supplier incentives.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
