FranFund, Inc. is a growing financial services company, and we’re searching for a Retirement Plan Administrator. This role is an entry-level position within the Third-Party Administration Department. Each Associate works directly with a senior administrator to learn aspects of retirement plan administration, compliance, and accounting.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Maintain a designated number of 401(k) Plans
  • Initiate and respond to basic client communication and inquiries
  • Document all plan transactions during the year (loans, distributions, rollovers, contributions)
  • Perform annual review process for all assigned plans
  • Prepare plan financials and 5500 with all schedules
  • Determine eligible employees based on census
  • Prepare and send work product
  • Invite clients to electronically sign 5500 and follow-up as needed
  • Gather, record, and track receipt of all year-end documents
  • Other projects and duties as needed
Knowledge & Skills
  • Advanced typing and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Work well in a high-volume production environment
  • Demonstrate critical thinking abilities and exercise judgment when needed
  • Excellent customer service skills with high attention to detail
  • Prioritize workload based on department requirements and customer needs
  • Ability to multi-task in other areas of the unit
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented
  • 3 years financial industry experience
  • Retirement Plan industry experience is a plus
