The successful Boutique Team Leader candidate will have several years of specialty retail experience in a leadership role as a Store Manager or Boutique Team Leader.
You have a clear focus on guest experience, product, and visual presentation. You are an effective problem solver and possess a business spirit.
You are responsible for building and retaining a high-performing and diverse sales team. Through strategizing, coaching, and accountability, you are accountable for leading and motivating the team to provide an exceptional customer experience and maximize sales.
You must understand business drivers, how to maximize profitability, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in the boutique.
Boutique Team Leaders are expected to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Leadership Expectations :
Drive business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses, and improving metrics through sales floor leadership, execution of francesca’s® training programs, and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor
Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks and assignments to ensure expectations are met
Provide consistent developmental feedback that empowers and motivates your team
Foster a team environment using empathetic and engaging communication skills
Act as a liaison between the Boutique Team, Field, and corporate partners

Prepare associates for the next level of responsibility by utilizing provided company tools

Guest Experience Needs :
Lead by example and deliver our guest engagement expectations to all guests
Create a competent and confident team to provide unwavering dedication to our guests
Reinforce a proactive guest-centric selling culture
Prepare the team to balance the guest experience with necessary operational tasks
Visual Merchandising Standards :
Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to guests
Develop visual decision-making skills utilizing our provided graphic standards
Utilize and deliver our visual brand standards to present our unique product mix offering
Display passion about the fashions and trends offered in the boutique
Operations Knowledge :
Administer all company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner
Schedule team members to deliver a high level of service and maximize sales potential
Produce schedules timely and with minimum changes
Perform and supervise boutique opening and closing procedures
Train and follow processes for bank deposits and securing the boutique
Understand retail sales and the relationship to inventory levels; communicates needs to your District Team Leader
Protect the physical assets of the boutique by conducting weekly audits and an annual physical inventory
Physical Requirements :
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
