Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the business
- Learn and implement company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Assist in training and supervising staff members
- Help with inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring product availability
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and data entry
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-run operation
