Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Training development experience is an asset
- Price negotiation skills are advantageous
- Experience conducting interviews is beneficial
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus
