The Welding position at FR Conversions is a member of the Preproduction or Production Team whose primary duties center around welding specific assembly workstations. Associates in this category are assigned to a specified workstation to perform tasks from preparing a vehicle for modification through the assembly process with a focus on welding. Welding Associates are required to train on multiple workstations and will be assigned to stations as required by the production schedule. All Associates are required to be flexible and trained on multiple stations. This position reports to a Line Supervisor and then the Plant Manager.

The Welding/ Fabricator position is a full-time hourly position with approximate pay dependent upon qualifications and experience.
