Summary/objective
The Mitigation Technician is tasked with successfully delivering EMS services for clients and referral partners. Technicians work diligently to meet and exceed customer expectations, develop, and grow referral relationships and steward the company brand.
Essential functions

● Securing all required documentation including but not limited to the following:
a. Work Authorizations
b. Wet Logs
c. Scope Sheets
d. Photo documentation
e. Hold harmless agreements
f. Certificate of Completion/Satisfaction
● Moisture mapping losses and establishing project scope
● Installing containment and safety mechanisms
● Installing and monitoring drying equipment/AFD’s
● Providing emergency cleaning and sanitizing services
● Conducting controlled demolition services
● Collecting deductibles
● Keeping fleet vehicles cleaned and presentable
● Conducting preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and company equipment
● Managing, packing, and moving client’s contents / personal property
● Conducting Every Job Sales Activities
● Conducting Every Job Sales Activities - As directed by Lead Tech
a. Securing client reviews and supporting positive online rankings
b. Asking for key market segment referral
c. Placing yard signage
d. ID Agent of record

Required education and experience
● High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred education and experience
● Two or more years’ experience in the insurance restoration Industry
● IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration
