Responsibilities

• Assist project manager with project coordination
• Permit processing
• Field telephone calls
• Receive and direct visitors
• Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Create spreadsheets, presentations, and data management
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Conduct internet research
• Enter data into reports as needed
• Create email and postal mail campaigns
• Learn new software, industry practices, and maintain relationships.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Experienced in computer technology that includes Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, OneNote) CRM software, and Google Chrome.
