We are looking for a competent Floating Leasing Consultant to undertake the leasing activities on behalf of the property owners at several of our properties. The successful candidate will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants. Some weekends required.

Responsibilities

· Property showings for prospective tenants

· Explain pricing and lease terms

· Validate application information and applicant details

· Process rental applications and lease renewals for qualified applicants

· Provide accurate information of the different property amenities

· Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to inquires

· Answer incoming telephone calls

· Ensure proper maintenance and inspect property periodically

Qualifications

· Excellent communicator with strong customer service, sales and personal interaction skills

· Strong internet, MS Office and data entry skills

· Ability to create reports, submit service requests

· Communicate with Supervisors and interact with existing and potential tenants

· Must be goal-oriented team player with strong organizational, problem solving and follow-through abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Parma Heights, OH 44130: Relocate before starting work (Required)
