Job Description Summary
The Process Specialist is responsible for meeting business objectives with technical solutions and business processes serving as the link between people, process, and technology for the Supply Chain Training Center. This position continuously manages the delivery of instruction to a global audience while complying with the requirements of external partners. Responsibilities also include oversite of internal and external platforms related to our registration systems, website, LMS, purchasing and collection of student information.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage the course registration process including course set up, and LMS assignments.
• Manage the invoicing and monthly reconciliation associated with payments to vendors and partners.
• Manage customer service issues in collaboration with the IT departments of: ASCM, Holmes, DDI, US Military and other corporate partners.
• Analyze enrollment data and other information to support decision making.
• Lead promotional efforts of products including social media channels, website, and national conference attendance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation that supports registration system requirements (e.g. Pii).
• Create end-user documentation and participate in system testing and training as needed.
• Prepare annual presentation of KPI's and deliverables for quarterly meetings with external partners.
• Evaluate internal as well as external systems/processes to maintain efficiency.
• Other duties as needed to support the operations of the Training Center.

SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Serves as initial point of contact for communications with multiple constituent groups.
• Leads and participates in team-based project activities and strategic planning initiatives.
• Limited travel may be involved.

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in related field with two years of relevant experience, -or
• AAS Degree in related field with three years of relevant occupational experience, -or
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
• Experience with project management and Microsoft products preferred.
• APICS certification a plus.

Additional Information

Starting pay: $27.59 per hour.

Note: Internal applicants' wages will be based on the applicable compensation structure.
