The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Sales Manager.

The Sales Coordinator will assist and coordinate the daily operations of the Sales department at the Fox Theatre. The incumbent will perform a range of duties including maintaining member and group contact schedules, developing and maintaining a gift and retention program, regularly updating sales and accounting reports, updating and maintaining a Salesforce database, scheduling meetings, and developing lead lists.
Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain database and track Group Sales and Membership leads, inquiries, lost business, and sales revenue, and provide ongoing status reports as requested.
• Develop and maintain a gift and retention program for Members and Group Sales clients.
• Maintain a scheduled bulk communication system, keeping Members and Group Sales clients aware of upcoming deadlines, policies, etc.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
• Work closely with the Marketing department to provide analytics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, trends, and future opportunities.
• Generate lead lists and schedule meetings for members of the Sales Team.
• Other duties as assigned (Required).

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a ticketing and sales environment.
• Extensive experience working with ticketing software (preferably Paciolan), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience working in an environment where customer service is a priority.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Demonstrated competencies in the areas of oral and written communications, customer service, and business ethics are

Special Requirements

• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as requested.
• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions produce mild discomfort on occasion, e.g., dust, and moderate noise.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally required to stoop or lift light materials or equipment.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred
