Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients primarily focused on our custom signs and apparel segments. Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Meetings and Presentations:
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our custom signs and apparel solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closure:
  • Develop and present compelling proposals tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and stay ahead of market demands.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and forecasts to management.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay well-informed about our custom signs and apparel products, understanding their specifications, customization options, and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the custom signs and apparel industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

  • Pay starts at a $40,000 base, and quarterly commission will be paid out on top of that.
